Jeff founded Diamond6 in 2010 with the mission to develop confident and effective leaders whose teams have the greatest impact on their community and the world.

By incorporating his decades of military and leadership experience, he created a curriculum by using historical events such as The Battle of Gettysburg and the Attack on Pearl Harbor as leadership case studies.

This method of adult learning has proven to be engaging and effective, and continues to inspire teams of leaders each year.

By illustrating how leadership lessons of the past are still relevant today, Jeff along side his team of industry experts have been able to professionally develop teams of leaders in public education, government, non-profit, and corporations all across the globe.
